Help with new PC LED lighting

Hello,

I've just had a new desktop arrive today through PCSpecialist, happy with everything so far just struggling to control the numerous LED lights in my glass case.

The PC came with iCUE installed however it's not detecting any of my devices, in addition I've tried alternative software (MSI Mystic Lights/Coolmaster.Master/ect..) and none of them can detect anything either.
I would like to be able to turn the lights off (if I leave my pc on at night) and also to change the colour (it's a rainbow at the moment). Any help would be appreciated, can't find any useful guides on youtube so far.

So the software that controls your fan lighting (not the AIO) should be Armoury Crate from Asus; as for iCue not detecting your AIO, I would double check the wiring of the fans which is usually located at the back of the case behind the motherboard, Corsair cables and connectors all link together aside from the cpu fan connector, SATA connector and usb connector which are connected to their respective headers.

Thanks for the reply, I've downloaded ASUS Armory Crate and it recognises:
- My Motherboard
- LED Strips

However when I make any changes none of them come through in reality. The software also didn't recognise the fans or the cpu cooler.

Edit: - To add I found a small button by the power switch which controls the front two fan lights on the case (great). However the two on top of the case under the glass don't change with it.

Thanks that makes sense now. Do you know where to find a written or video guide on how I can plug it in? I’ve never done this before and don’t want to mess anything up.

I’ve attached two images, let me know if you need to see a more specific area

To me it seems like the usb cable connecting to the pump is loose, give it a little wiggle to make sure it’s pushed all the way in. But it’s quite hard to see because the photos are upside down!

I checked and the USB is definitely plugged in. Perhaps it's something loose on the fan end? Not 100% how to access those but I'm guessing it's on the other side panel and protective plates?
Not sure what else to do, the rainbow setting is really annoying :')

So it doesn’t show up at all in iCue? Perhaps give a reinstall of iCue a go, the cables for the fans will be behind the motherboard if you wanted to take a look at those!

I had a go at re-installing iCUE and my mobo is now showing on the devices list (which it didn't last time) but still no sign of the CPU cooler. Everything seems to be connected on the mobo side so not sure what it could be.

Where are you installing iCue from?

Any ideas?
I would perhaps try unplugging and replugging in the micro usb cable from the cooler and then look at the SATA connection and double check that.
@Nursemorph I think the only things that would be attached to that is the case fans, so if this is the case then OP should give the Masterplus software from Cooler Master a go to see if their case fans show up in it.

FYI I’ve previously tried masterplus and it didn’t find any devices. I will have another look at the cables again tonight and report back.

will the sata cable be behind the motherboard or can I access from the front?

It will be behind the motherboard in the PSU basement.
