I have a pcspecialist pc and I haven’t used it in about 5-6 months and now that I turn it on I get the loading screen with the logo and ‘please press f2 or del to access the settings’ something on the lines of that and I pressed f2 f4 f8 and f10 as well as DEL but nothings worked it doesn’t let me access it and I’m constantly stuck on it I’ve tried reboot countless times and it still isn’t working unplugged everything except the hdmi and power cable and I’m brought back to it any suggestion?

Can you post your full specs from the order page?

Can you also upload a photo of the screen your seeing before you hit f2? Photos need to be under 1mb in size.

So that's just the standard boot screen, so it doesn't get passed that ie, you don't press F2, that's only if you want to access the BIOS which you don't want to do?

Best thing is to register it with PCS first before you do anything, that will activate your warranty and give you access to your online account with all your specs.

Does it matter that I’ve bought it from another shop not yourselves? I bought it from Curry’s and have the receipt from them will that affect it?

I have experienced this issue when cold booting only. Usually after a few times of turning off (press and hold) and on I can access the BIOS (F2). I have to begin pressing F2 after the POST beep before the freezing boot screen appears. Hoppfully, you can do this then manually boot to begin the task of fault finding.
