High CPU usage

hi sorry i was gone for a while yes it was with the standoffs i unscrewed them placed the motherboard correctly to align with the io shield then screwed them back in. also i have been gaming on the pc (mostly r6 ) and im seeing cpu usage at 100% is this normal ?

In that case I'd get them to transfer the warranty over to you, which will give you easy access to PCS support
