High-end PC for youtube gaming channel

Dear PCS forum

I would be very grateful for any advice on the specs for a high-end PC for a youtube gaming channel.

As I’m buying quite an expensive monitor, I would be very happy to reduce the cost of the PC as much as possible without compromising performance (I will play and edit all types of games).

Monitor: Acer Predator XB273K (4K, 27inch, IPS, 144Hz)

Thanks a lot in advance.

Primarily recording (but may stream in future).

I'm yet to decide on software for editing (I'm new to all this).

Looks like a solid build to me. I'm assuming the extra RAM will come into play when editing and rendering recordings - The PSU may be overkill but it looks like you're going for a quite build so makes sense.

Also pretty jealous of the monitor you have!

The build generally makes sense.

There is certainly scope for savings. e.g.
8TB regular HDD vs the 'PRO' one.
AORUS Pro mobo instead of Master. What do you need off the Master that the Pro doesn't give?
Less expensive case e.g. Fractal R6.

Thank you all for your advice. I can see that I could have saved a bit, but at least no major conflicts in my specs (I ordered the system yesterday).

You can amend the order still. The changes above are about £300 if you wanted to save that.
