In order for me to buy a new PC at PCSpecialist i have to sell my old computer, those anyone know how much worth would it be? Here is the specs:

8GB RAM
MSI GTX 660 2GB
Intel i7 2600
460W PSU
Standard Motherboard (Its not one of those famous companies like Gigabyte or asus or msi, so i don't really know it)
A standard Sound card
2TB (standard Hard drive)
DVD drive

Thanks for any suggestions on how much it could be worth!

It is difficult to give an estimate, it is worth as much as what someone is willing to pay for it. Best thing to do is to put it on ebay and see how much you can get. When listing the system you may also want to consider offering more details like brand of components, case, etc....

Is it not possible at all to give an estimate? I mean you have to core components there! I just really need to know roughly how much it is worth in YOUR opinion.

If you are wondering the case is a HP phoenix or something like that

CPU and GPU are worth a fair bit, however the rest are pretty cheap.

i7 is worth about 150 on its own, gtx 660 might get 75, just over on a good day ( depending on the type). The rest is probably worth about £100 so after fees you are looking at maybe £300

From what i saw a GTX 660 MSI 2GB is worth 150?

Where from? From amazon you can get an R9-270x brand new for less than £150 which is miles better than the GTX 660. I doubt you can get £150 for a 2nd hand gtx 660.

You can buy a brand new 660 for 134.99 on ebay at the moment, a 2nd hand one is just about to finish and is currently at 74.01.

2nd hand ones are worth much less than new.

As said previously it's next to impossible to give a price, even a guess might be wildly off. As soon as you take a PC out of the box it loses value, people don't know how much wear and tear a second hand PC has had and because of that they don't pay a lot, what, may have cost £2000 a year or so ago might only fetch £300 now, it all depends on who's looking for a second hand PC and what they're will to pay.

I'd agree with Mantadog on average you're looking at around £300 max, probably a lot less depending on the market at the moment.

£300 is somewhat of a guess based on what individual components are selling for on ebay at the moment. If you sell em all as a package you could well get less than selling for parts, it just depends on the day and if a couple of people see it's listed locally they might get into a bit of a bidding war because they can pop round and pick it up.

I'd be chuffed if I got £300 for that machine.
