How quiet are the fans on an Octane IV?

Well, it's a laptop stuffed with a desktop CPU and a high end gaming GPU better than most desktop GPUs. So it's not going to be silent

A cooling pad with fans will help with temps and therefore noise.
Is the laptop only going to be gaming at home, or is it for mobile gaming outside the home? I ask because if the former, you could get a quiet gaming desktop PC, have it in another room even, and play the games using in-home streaming on any cheap laptop you like, which will be quieter as it's not running the game itself.
