How to cap games to 60 frames per second.

Hi I was wondering how to cap games at 60?
My monitor is 60hz so I don't really want to overwork my graphics card for nothing :)

Go into the video settings for that game and turn vsync on.
You can also just use evga precision x to lower the fps target to 60.
