Wondered if anyone could tell me how to open the box on the AIO in order to replace the SSD.
I can't actually see any screw holes... (Haven't removed it from stand as yet)

Probably best to contact PCS for a manual. Or check in your online account as there may already be one. There may have been one in the welcome box also.

The manual is generic and doesn't even have a picture of the AIO... And no information on opening up any of the boxes...

Had a look in the download area and no other/different manuals there.

So best to contact PCS then.

Usually there would just be an access panel for drive trays, and RAM, I'd be very surprised if there wasn't one on the rear.

AIOs typically aren't designed for upgrades so it won't be as straight forward as a typical PC would be. I had a look at the images to see if there was anything I could see, but nothing jumped out at me. I would always advise against purchasing an AIO personally, worth considering if you're upgrading in future.

As suggested, best to contact PCS for advice, I'm sure there will be a manual for the chassis itself somewhere.
