In fairness, if the OP doesn't know how an i3 CPU from 7-8 years ago stacks up versus an R3 2300x it would be hard to blame them. If they googled and came across CPUboss, Userbenchmark, GameDebate etc that would be worse than useless! :)

@abdsal - what's your budget and what did that spec come to?

Do you hope to stream your gameplay on Twitch?

You might be able to squeeze a bit better value with some tweaks.

Sorry bro your first paragraph is too confusing for me as mentioned, I’m a pc noob😂. But is Ryzen 3 2300 an i3 processor?

Nope I don’t want to stream or anything I just want to run fortnite, I’ve already ordered mine for roughly £650

That was kind of my point :)
RAYD posted the system requirements for Fortnite.
I said that didn't help because you probably have no idea whether an R3 2300X is better or worse than an i3 2100 :) (The R3 2300X is better)

It will run Fortnite, but you can get a better PC for the money.

You're spending about £60 on a motherboard upgrade (the B450 instead of the basic A320-M) that you're not going to make any use of. Why do you think you need the B450?

Instead, get a better CPU and a 550W PSU, which would let you upgrade the graphics card with more choices in the future.

Like-for-like, it's only £4 more

Also, this is quite a basic PC. Unless you are planning to get a high refresh rate monitor to play Fortnite on in the future (a 144hz monitor for example) you could probably just buy a console and play fortnite on that, saving £300-£400
