I’m looking for a good performance build for games such as rust, FiveM and Fortnite (mainly rust) my entire budget is just of the pc itself as I already have all the other accessories I need and I’m just seeking some help on making a decent build for the games I have listed and that’s within my budget

I don't think the budget is going to cover what you are after. You can get those games to play, sure, but they certainly wouldn't be at any sort of recommended level.

For some considerations here is the recommended spec for Rust:
OS: Windows 11 64-bit or OS X El Capitan 10.11
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790K / AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: GTX 980 / AMD R9 Fury
DirectX (PC): Version 12
Network: Broadband internet connection
Storage: 25 GB available space
Additional: SSD is highly recommended
Presuming you're looking at a 1080p monitor the below is the best I can muster inside £950. This is not what I would recommend spending money on as the upgrade path is nil, that's not a good idea for a modern system as you want to have a PC last 5-10 years with GPU upgrades and such. The below doesn't allow that without becoming triggers brush.
