I cannot hear a thing - Audio not working

I do not know a thing about computers, but I own one (since very recently).

The problem that I found today is that the audio is not working, even though it worked before.
This is my sound card: ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO
Just standard because sound is not what I am after (however I still need a little).
The only thing that has changed is, that I have since the last time connected a second screen.

I have a 2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 1030 - DVI, HDMI graphic card and have connected one screen, via a VGA (Screen) to HDMI (computer) cable and one via an HDMI (screen) to DVI (computer) cable.

I have updated the audio driver etc.

The solution might be super obvious but I cannot see it.

Can someone please help me?
