I can't get out of the BIOS.

my mobo is ECS B250H4-M20.

I can't get out of the bios set up, even I put the boot priority to USB, HDD only,
when I save and restart even if I didn't push Del of F7 button it always goes to BIOS.

I just recently build my PC and I want to install it with Windows 10 in a USB.

Can anyone help me on this,
