I HAVE BIG PROBLEMS HELP

Hello everyone,

I've just bought a new laptop from pcspecialist. when it first arrived it had a few problems, such as the wrong keyboard and a problem on the top left corner of the monitor.
I've sent it back for assistance and it came just back but it still has the same thing on the top left corner and I now see a red P turned upsidedown on the monitor. What is it?
Am I stupid or did they just completely ignored my requests for assistance? They told me it that everything was fine and since I've spent a lot of money on this laptop, I would like to be almost perfect in condition ahhahaha.

If anyone know what is happening, please help me!!! Thank you

I'd RMA it again, that's no way right, phone them first thing Monday morning and in the meantime email these photos to them so they have them when you phone

Thank you, I did send them the pictures with the first RMA but they didn't tell me anything about it.
I don't even know if it may be a layer of plastic, or something like that, like the ones they put on phones when you buy them
But I don't see anywhere where to peel it off....
