My pc arrived yesterday and the Bluetooth and wifi are terrible. With the Bluetooth, my earphones cant stay connected unless I basically press my face to the pc side panel. With my phone, I can basically be in my nabours house and the earphones still work will still work. The wifi won't connect either. I assume my network card is the issue. I have the WIRELESS INTEL® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 2,400Mbps/5GHz, 300Mbps/2.4GHz PCI-E CARD + BT 5.0 . Is there any way I can connect to the motherboard wifi and Bluetooth? I have the ASUS® STRIX B550-F GAMING (DDR4, USB 3.2, 6Gb/s) - ARGB Ready!
Thanks

Have you plugged in the two antenna's which come with the PC? I don't think the MOBO has WiFi so that won't do you any good.

No i didnt know I had too. How do i do that. Sorry for stupid question
You take the antennae from the box you received mate and screw them on the back of the computer. You'll see the two spots they get screwed on

It's quite sensitive so if you make them too tight it'll not work correctly or if there too loose it wont work correctly either. Just keeping messing with it you'll find it but it's a little fiddly

They can be really sensitive mate, It'll take some adjusting and stuff to get it working right.

YES!

Your Windows system is missing a bunch of updates and drivers that those updates will install. Keep running Windows Update until no more updates are found. Then click on Optional Updates and look for driver updates in there. Install those too.
