I ordered a pc from this company and the money has come out of my account but its saying i have no orders nor did I get an email about my purchase i hope somebody can help me i did get a code but i didn't save it if

You'll need to speak to PCS in the morning, none of us work for them, it's possible you mispelt the email address on your main PCS account? Or have you checked your spam folder?

Give PCS a call and they can find it for you.

I doubt I misspelt the email since I need to confirm I was using the email which I did and I checked out my spam do i have to wait a certain amount of time for my order to update or should I see it immediately

Did you register an account on PC Specialist? You would have recieved an email confirming registration like this I suspect:

If you did register, you can try resetting your password (https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/forgot/) if you can't remember it, and log in. Under My Account, you'll see any orders placed and status.

like i said i can get in but it says i have no orders i tried logging in and out the women got taken from my account today not sure if i have to wait for it to appear but i doubt it
