Hello all,
Looking for a "next-gen" high end gaming rig capable of server functionality ie. streaming media to other devices, recording and viewing HD TV (whilst playing games?) & backing up other devices on the network as well as basic Desktop functionality like Photoshopping (i don't want much huh?!).
I mainly play FPS games like CoD and Battlefield, RPG's such as Fallout & Skyrim and occasionally adventure/action games like Batman & Assassins Creed. This will be done @ 1080p.
As mentioned, i would like the ability to be able to watch & record HDTV in one room (on a TV) and if possible, be able to play @ 1080p on another PC monitor in another room.
I'm an overclocking virgin but do plan to overclock at some point but do i need to i7 4770K? Would the i5 4670k suffice? Would either of these processors bottleneck the GPU? Is the GPU overkill? Would the GTX770 suffice?
