I've recently bought an i7 laptop from PC Specialist and am delighted with it. The build quality is top notch and the customer service throughout the sale was impeccable. I've found over the years PC Specialist staff are extremely knowledgeable, very patient and helpful. Suggestions were made to me as to what components would be better etc. I'm really happy with the end result.
Well known High Street shops had offered me ‘i7, 17" laptop's’ at a similar price. But with half the RAM, a third of the storage, a far inferior graphics card. By comparison the value for money of the laptop from PCS was considerable.

You can extend the warranty to a year's complete cover for £5! All my friends who have used them have been equally pleased and had long life from their devices.
The telephone support both before and after purchase is excellent. Staff that I’ve spoken to have made clear I can call as often as I need and they will help me, and they’ve proved it over the years.
