Most of the 'help's are because he has just copied and pasted from the configurable screen (rather than the nicely formatted version you can get after you press process) and the 'help' is where the little ? symbols are on the configure screen

But yeah steveyboyarrow if you want opinions/help on your spec could you let us know what you actually want help with, and it would be very helpful to know your uses and budget for the PC please.
