Incorrect Refresh Rate?

Hey I purchased the Optimus Pro XI which is advertised to have a 144hz display but when I go to change the refresh rate in the settings, the only thing I can set it to is 64hz. Am I missing something? Any help will be appreciated!

I just checked the other operating system that I installed as well and that allows me to increase the refresh rate to 144hz. I think its just a windows problem.

I didnt install any additional drivers except the nvidia graphics drivers after installing windows.
Just to make sure, you installed the 2060 mobile driver, not the 2060? Where did you get the gpu driver?

Also, just go into device manager and double check there aren’t any unknown devices.

Have you run all windows updates?

You’ll need to install the management driver which is in your main PCS account under the tech support / downloads section, think it’s called control center.
 
Yes, I installed the mobile driver which was downloaded straight from the nvidia's website.

I will do those additional tasks and report back to you the results.
