Inferno Laptop - White Screen Problem

Hi PC Specialist,

Im looking for some help with my Inferno laptop,

I have just turned on the laptop and I am receiving a blank white screen as soon as the laptop boots.

I can hear the windows noise as it loads the operating system, however I cant see anything due to the white screen.

The laptop is less than a year old, has been properly looked after and has not seen significant use so Im a little perplexed as to what could be causing this.

This is also seems to be a recurring problem in the forums and I havent seen any posts with a fix for this yet.

Can you please assist with the correct action to take in order to fix? Or do I have to return the laptop?

Thanks for the response guys,

Got a response back from PC Specialist through email and yeah looks as though its a hardware problem and needs to be returned for investigation. Cheers for the responses, just need to send it back i think
