Installing steam/game on both my SSD and HHD??

Hi all,I've installed steam +a couple of games on my Ocz Vertex 2 120gb SSD(which works perfectly btw)1 of the games is Napoleon Total War,I have installed the Lordz NTW3 mod(which makes NTW far more historically realistic)the problem is.....the normal NTW will not run any more??,so my question is...can I install a 2nd steam+NTW onto my WD HHD for the 'normal' NTW??...Could I run steam+Modded NTW from my SSD and the normal steam+NTW from my HHD??

and yes I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling steam/NTW
