Intel Atom N455 1.66GHz vs AMD Fusion E240 1.50GHz ?

Hiya

Quick question about CPU's for netbooks.

Which is better?

Intel Atom N455 1.66GHz or the AMD Fusion E240 1.50GHz ?

Will the new Fusion "APU" be the better option due to it's combined CPU/GPU?

Or will the Atom be the better option due to it's slightly higher clock speed?

Most importantly, which one will perform better for encryption? (eg: Truecrypt, Bitlocker).

Any feedback would be appreciated

The AMD Fusion E240 would be the better choice in general, I don't know about Truecrypt but I don't think there would be much difference in Bitlocker.

The new AMD Fusion got some rave reviews from Tom's hardware, particularly for it's GPU functions, you'll notice a big difference if you try to watch any reasonably high definition videos (e.g. 720p Youtube videos) etc.
