Ionico 11800h/rtx3080 Mode IGPU Big problem fréquence CPU/battery

Hello
since my purchase I am 90% satisfied with my ionico 17p intel 11800h / rtx3080
I installed him a 980 pro gen4 ssd and 32gb ram 3200mhz samsung everything works wonderfully but here I have since yesterday decided to use my pc in igpu mode for office automation and Dgpu (nvidia full gpu) for games mode.
except that the igpu mode poses a serious problem for me, in fact the cpu frequency remains blocked in the task manager at 2.30ghz which means that the battery of the pc is barely 3 hours in igpu mode it is 3 hours less than optimus mode ..

It therefore gets to the heart of the matter.
When I am in IGPU,
in control center that I activate the office or gaming mode, nothing changes the frequency of the cpu and always 2.30ghz in the task manager, so I install cpu z to check and surprise!
the cpu works as if it was in boost mode at more than 4ghz whether I am in office or gaming mode the problem persists without the charger plugged in here are photos of the problem below I do not understand I have the impression that the control center bug in igpu?

It would suggest that windows isn't properly configured, the management driver (control center) relies on all the drivers to be installed correctly, otherwise it can't link to them properly.

But default the BIOS will be in boost mode, so that fits the symptoms also.

I have however already done it 3 times .. the 3rd time I even noticed that from the first power-on session the cpu in the task manager already blocked at 2.3ghz even before having installed a single driver.

How are you installing windows and drivers? What process are you taking?

I install win 10 via a usb key then I let the pc turn on without internet I install all the drivers download with another pc via the site and then I take a tour in the device manager to see if I do not have no problem once I check I activate the internet and Windows so that he can update them.

Ok, that's not the correct way to clean install. I'll leave that to someone else on how to configure windows.

So according to you it comes from the controller I would have to reinstall the intel driver?

I reported the problem to pcspecialist and think the problem comes from the intel igpu driver

My advice was to clean install, wasn't anything to do with the graphics driver.

But if you're following advice from PCS, then it's best to concentrate on that and not confuse it with our advice.

I agree with @SpyderTracks , it looks like the control center is not working correctly. I'm not sure if this is the correct way, but I would install windows, let it update everything that it can first, and then in the end would try to install control center and other missing drivers.

You should also select the Optional Updates option from Windows Update, "there's a specific Driver Updates section in there. Select all drivers listed and then re-run Windows Update. Keep doing that until no more updates (and no more optional updates) are found." (quoting @ubuysa from another thread :p )

I did it nothing changes the strangest thing is that I tried win11 and the problem persists with all the drivers well installed as pcspecialiste recommend it to me besides I had a problem with the last nvidia driver which completely bug the MUX mode of the pc (no more image in Dgpu mode) forcing to stay on version 496.49.
in short, I saw somewhere that a bios update can solve the problem.

hello I am coming back to you because my problem persists I did the exact installation procedure explained by pcspecialist and nothing changes I still have the lock frequency at 2.30ghz in the task manager but on cpu z the cpu frequency does not match not at all. the pc should consume many months in IGPU but no ...
it lasts 3 hours instead of 6 hours as expected I do not understand where the problem comes from so I went from win10 to win 11 and the problem persists even if to my surprise I gained 30 minutes of autonomy ..

sorry for my english.
