Ionico 17.3" i712700 RTX 3070Ti - Anyone figure out the Soundblaster Cinema issue?

All worked fine for a while after I bought it but then, presumably after an update or other, it stopped. Tried a few things like reinstalling the original drivers but no go. Don't really want to have to reinstall Windows just to get the speakers louder.....

I've got a sound blaster sticker on my laptop but the software wasn't installed on here when I received it. I downloaded this from the microsoft store after seeing this post but also have that audio device not detected on mine. I am on windows 10.

I was reading online its something to do with a windows update but fell short of any fixes that were relevent to this issue. I've downloaded the realtek audio drivers from here to reinstall so I may give that a try later.
