Ionico 17.3 - keyboard responsiveness issues?

I ordered and received my Ionico laptop at the end of Feb, and while in general it's been very good I seem to be having a really annoying issue with the responsiveness of the keyboard. It seems to struggle with multiple key presses in certain situations, particularly around ctrl-c / ctrl-v combinations, alt-tabs and so on. Playing with repeat delay / rate in keyboard settings doesn't seem to make much difference. Just wondered if anyone had had any similar issues or advice.

Spec below.

Thanks,

My Ionico 17 seems pretty capable at that. No problems here.

Since you've received so early, mind you asking which BIOS you have? Maybe it's the very first January BIOS. There are 2 more version of this released by PCS, especially 1.09 (the latest I am aware of for Intel variants) is the one I'm rocking.
Since the EC part of the BIOS does control keyboard, lightning etc. if you have old BIOS (like 1.04 or 1.07) I'd recommend you to contact PCS and ask you sending the updated bits. Might be the solution.
