Can anyone with good loud working speakers send me his drivers for sound?

I clean installed everything ( fully clean windows setup) 3 times now.

This notebook makes me crazy. Also Spatial Audio App doesnt change anything when I play with the options.

:(

ALso a screenshot rom devicemanager and audio devices in the windows settingsmenu could be helpfull

Try going into the Enhancements tab of the Properties dialog for your output device. Check Loudness Equalization in there. That makes a significant difference to the output volume I've found.

Have you installed the THX software which should be in the download section of your account page? That will transform the laptop sound.

my download section is emty, 10 times asked them for upload. They just send me temporary links with direct download. THX is installed and is running. But no change when I play with the Settings 🙄

ok problem solved. For eveyone with same problems... (THX not working, not matter what settings you choose)
>>>> go to this link>>>> [link removed]

and download the Audio and THX driver from eluktronics... Watch this are the drivers for the rtx3000 i10th 17inch tongfangs...

If you you haver another modell, use this link: [link removed]

Install thx, then audio (both as admin) , let realtek audio installation restart your Notebook and thats it.

Why the provided drivers from PCspecialist didnt work for me? I dont know :D

My Settings in the thx app are:

-stereo, not thx spatial (Button on left side)
- volumeleveling yes and slider on max
-dialogue enhancment off
-eq is your choice, whats better or you... for me everything on max :D

Sound is now mor then 100 percent louder and more/ better deeps/lows.
Bass is a bit better, as much a Notebook with 2x2w can go xD

Mate you cant be telling people to go get drivers for their PCS machine from another resellers website on this forum.

I asked for drivers to be available in my download section too. I got as answer telling me that he (writer of the answer, from pcs) verified and they are available.... so I wrote again but with a screenshot showing that nothing is available.... The message in the download page saying that no drivers are needed is wrong also. Without some OEM drivers windows update can't manage to find all.

EDIT: Driver obtained.

Also I reported a bug with the BIOS, if you disable the light bar in it, it just don't work...
He asked me to take a screenshot of the setting and send him. I did it....

I'm happy with the computer as long as it work as expected. The computer is ok but the software is weird, and lack of communications from PCS about updates. I don't like the fake mV sliders in the Control Center. Good that they are fake ! But it's dumb to put that here. It's like you try to sell a Ferrari, with fake turbo buttons.... We don't even know if they are intended to make you believe that you increment the voltage or if you decrement the voltage ....

why? what is wrong with that? I mean when PCS cant handle their customers problems, wont provide working solutions and drivers on thair website, I think I have the full right to help other people with same problems.

But yeah its ok remove what you want. It was just my good will to help.

A competitors website to drivers that are configured specifically for their version of the chassis not a PCS chassis??....

This is a common misconception that alot of people have. They see two different resellers selling the same chassis and they compare them as the same. They are not the same they will be configured very differently.

What was wrong is that you were providing links for drivers - which are kernel mode code I might add - from an external site that are not specific to PCS builds.

Rule number one where drivers are concerned is that you should obtain drivers from only three places; Windows Update, PCS, or the specific hardware vendor's website.

Installing drivers from anywhere else is just a faster way to a BSOD.

Well a friend has one and when we opened my Notebook, he told me everything is same parts, the drivers are also the same. So we thought maybe drivers from competitors would work. No risk no fun. So wie tried. What can I say, it works. Better then PCs drivers, at least for me.

But ok I understand, but one think that shows me some people here are maybe getting payed from PCs is how they talk about competitors and so on. You can tell me now what ever you want, I wouldt believe this people even one more word. THIS is not a usal behavior of a customer.

Im happy with my Notebook and with PCs so far, but not with the support people, because they dont know s... about their Notebooks and tell me wrong specifications and provide wrong or broken drivers.

That post was nothing against PCs, just my try to help. Also when I followed the other tread with spyderbait helping that one guy wo was ungrateful, I thought my god say thank you and be quit.

I thought this forum is for people to help each other, not to make Pcs just look good. This conversation teached me better.

People that get paid on this forum have it clearly stated under their names that they are a PCS employee, everyone else are just customers like yourself
