Is there anything i should change about this build?

So, I'm looking to buy a new pc as my old one is struggling to do what I want it to and I was planning on upgrading to a pc with a 4070, my question is what 4070 would I receive? Like a Gigabyte one or a founders edition? the website doesn't make it clear what one the build would have, is there a way to specify the one I'm looking for?
