Consider 2x8GB of RAM. That way if you ever want to jump to 32GB for any reason you will only need to buy 2 new sticks instead of 4.

Thanks Spydertracks much appreciated. here is my updated build with just x2 changes from your recommendations. I have reduced the power wattage and upgraded the GPU. your opinion is most welcome.

I wouldn't reduce the PSU, reason I chose the TXM model is it's much higher quality and improves airflow in the case, plus it allows for upgrades in the future, the first being the GPU, which you'll have to upgrade in a couple of years.

The TI was replaced by the Super and it's not worth it over the Super, it's a lot more expensive for very little gain.
