Is this monitor any good?

Mainly for playing games and watching movies. I think this has two HDMI ports so could i connect a xbox 360 and a ps3?

My graphics card is a 4GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 690 DUAL GPU - 3 x DVI-I, 1 x mDP.

Yes. And you could view either of them fully or both at the same time with that monitor.

That's the first time I've seen such a monitor as that.

I haven't seen either monitor so I can't say which I think is the better.
The most significant difference is that the second one is higher resolution. The second seems to have only one HDMI input though, and there's a big price difference.
You need to look at reviews, and if you can see them for yourself, or at least try to view monitors of the two respective resolutions.
