I would suggest a better casing, maybe the Coolermaster CM690 MKII Advanced Case.
For the HDD you want to stick to a branded version if youre spending £1.5k, maybe the 1TB WD Caviar Black.
I think the power supply needs to be boosted for the gtx680, i think the Corsair 650W / 750W Enthusiast Series will be better.
Im not too sure if you need the Titan Fenrir colling system, could drop it down one to the Super Quiet Triple Copper Heatpipe, but wait for a more experience poster to comment on this one.
Other than that the rest are all smaller things that are your preference, i would however ask do you really need a floppy drive? Also if you are trying to save every penny you can get HD cables cheaper elsewhere (not sure if i can mention names of websites, but im sure you can find them!)

Oh and one last thing, upgrade to Silver Warrenty. Gives you 1year collect + return for £5 more!

If you are interested this is a spec im toying with for the same budget as you.

Do you need 16GB? For gaming it's a tad overkill :)

The Iiyama monitors come with a DVI cable, and since it looks like you're plannning on using speakers (and therefore presumably not the monitor speakers), then you don't really need an HMDI cable.

Apart from those little things, it looks good to me.

If you're running some VM's then yeah, 16GB can't hurt :)

As far as I'm aware you don't need HDMI for HD gaming, you need HDMI if you use HDCP (High Definition Content Protection), which I think maybe used in blu-rays somehow (but I don't actually know)
HD Gaming will be perfectly fine on DVI, but yeah, if you think you will need the HDMI cable then its not exactly breaking the bank :)
