Think that lots adds up to about £1,100, is this your budget and if not then what are you looking to spend, what's your max? Also what editing are you doing (photo /video?), and what software?

As a jumping off point I would be looking to an intel build over AMD, GTX 970, better HDD such as Black or even SSD, don't think you need hydro cooling triple copper would be fine and sound card is a matter of preference but would limit sli options due to slot availability and I would also push for a better case, in which note is the silencing thing important to you as it comes at the cost of cooling which could be improved with a different case.

Edit: oh and silver warranty.

i7 instead of the fx-9590 and a cheaper motherboard like the gigabyte hd3, the gtx 970 will be less noisy and cooler than the 290
