Issue with booting

Hi All,

I bought a PC in 2020 from currys which was pre-built which I have steadily used for the past 3 years

Over the last two weeks I've been having trouble with the computer. When I press the power button the rgb at the front will light up and the fans begin just like a normal start up and then after about 2 seconds the pc just turns off. This happens on a repeated cycle until I turn the pc off from the power button on the back or the socket.

When I am lucky enough to get the screen on moments after typing in my password or booting something to fix it, the screen will freeze and can be turned off after holding the power button for about 3 seconds

Just wanted any advice on how this could be fixed. The pc is used for the majority of its time for gaming.

Thanks

Is this a PCSpecialist PC, and have you registered it with PCS for support?

If so, could you copy & paste your entire config from your order page as detailed below...

This forum is usually for PCS only customers , your problem could be anything from a faulty cpu to faulty ram to a bad connector or a dying OS drive or just a corrupted windows, install a fresh bios and windows and if that doesn't work reseat everything, if that doesn't work then one of your parts might be faulty.
