Hello,

Hope someone can help!

My PC shuts down as soon as it boots up into the login screen, this has only started to happen yesterday and I dont know why.

Please can someone advice? Also, what key(s) do I need to press to get into the BIOS so I can boot the PC up in Safe mode?

Thanks

Thanks for your help :)

Hopefully I will be able to enter in Safe mode and uninstall VPN software.

Take care

If a keyboard isn’t registered in the BIOS it’s because it needs non standard drivers to work which can’t outside of windows. As @Nursemorph says, you’d need a basic wired keyboard for BIOS stuff.
