Issues playing new games (low FPS) - Suggested upgrades

Hello, Been playing helldivers 2, Can only play the game on the lowest graphic settings and still get the occasional FPS drop, Internet ect is fine. Think it is more of a performance issue as some of my spec is getting outdated. Looking to upgrade my system. Open to any suggestions. Below is my original spec I got a years back.

Yeah, the system isn't going to handle modern games well at all, and it's not designed for upgradeability

You'd need to replace it, there's no point spending any money on it as pretty much all components need upgrading.
