...it's hard to resist

Thanks everyone for your thoughts, I didn't think as much about a PC case, controller and fans and it's great I've got so many ideas from yous.

I've dropped my initial 5.50TB storage to 4.50TB, changed a case to 4000X, dropped extra fans as obviously 3 front fans comes with a case, but still thinking on an AIO.

And of course, karma, so price difference between 1660 Super and 2060 isn't 20 anymore, but I don't care about it as much as the biggest issue is that there's now H100i Elite Capellix too just to make things harder for me.

Thanks to @MrWilson & @Scott opinions, I've dropped a Sata SSD, but increase a second M.2 to 2TB. I think 2 x M.2 and 1 x HDD makes more sense rather than M.2 for OS, Sata SSD and HDD as Sata SSD aren't much cheaper than M.2 while speed is... well, you all now yourselves, why I'm explaining here...

Thanks to @sibun1, I actually took 3600 RAM but no RGB (sorry @AgentCooper) to avoid having troubles with an AIO as I really want it in the roof, not front. And also, I think it was a good point about 500D SE price it's being too high.

Thanks to @Ash_ for a wonderful input regarding a case and AIO.

I picked a 4000X as it's a perfect size case for me (not too limiting, but also not too large as it will sit on a desk), with RGB fans, nice design... I mean, for this price, it's everything I want. From https://www.box.co.uk/CC-9011204-WW-Corsair-iCUE-4000X-RGB-Tempered-Glass-Mi_3182538.html it's currently for £103.99.

4000X comes with a controller so I don't need Elite Capellix but I don't want to make @AgentCooper sad...

If your going 5800x get the best cpu cooler pc specialist offer its a hot chip !
Oh yeah, I know. You steered me back on H115i. Ghr. I wish this would be easy.
Ok, so if I take H115i Capellix or RGB PRO XT, I need 5000X (too big), 680X (don't like), 500D SE... But with 500D SE H115i Capellix wouldn't make sense as I wouldn't see RGB through the roof.

So 500D SE, cleaning glass every Sunday and H115i RGB PRO XT is my only option. Sorry @AgentCooper, I really tried... 🥲

5.69 Euro excl. VAT + 23 VAT. It could be a different delivery company. Pity, doesn't say what it is. Would be nice to know the difference. I may drop a message to PCS and ask.

...or it's a special treatment fee - like a cupcake or flowers
Could be 2 diffrent companys more then likely fed ex and dpd

I seem to have missed this whole thread but this looks like an absolute monster! With a few minor tweaks this is basically my dream build 😂

The storage solution on this is definitely the way I’d go, honestly even in a dream build I feel there’s still a place for HDD’s. We all know the Capellix is one almighty performing cooler and with that RGB it looks good too! Solid choices here, I’m sure you’ll enjoy!

One of the options, fedex just throw your parcel in front of a wind turbine, to get it across the Irish sea. The more expensive one, they have to use either a ferry or a plane - so it costs more.

Also, unless the 4000D airflow and 4000X have a difference, the H115i will fit on the roof. Here is a pic where a guy has done so (he has dual AIO, but the H115 on the roof).

Edit: the more on look on peoples pcpartpicker builds, the more H115i and 4000D builds i see 😆. I think Corsair have got it wrong 🧐🤣
