Its this spec better than my current pc?

Hi folks, I am not very savy with pc specs so thought I would ask those who are. I just want to know if the new one is better than my current one. I am playing Warhammer Total War on high settings well with my current pc, is the new one going to be better at, the same, or worse?

Far worse. It's not well balanced at all, is very poor value and I'd strongly recommend not buying it.
