I wouldn’t recommend that build as it is, there’s quite a few overspends and some underspends so it will not be able to perform at its potential due to bottlenecks.

You can do far better for the same cost

Totally agree with the above, that's not a well reasoned build at all with the money involved. At the very least, that's a 1440p system and you've selected 2x 1080p monitors.

You could do much better for the level you're budgeting.
