wow great specs the gtx 580 is probably better to get than 590 as you will be waiting a while for 590s to come in stockbut absolute beast of a machine. hope it works aswell as it looks :)

Probably SLI another 580 at some point, hence the bigger PSU. The 580 should deal with most games pretty well.. should play BF3 without too much problem hopefully :)

Better to get a 580, OC doesn't yield the same results as 2 580s. Stick to the 580 and SLI (up to 3 GPUS) in the future

After the joys of ordering last night, back down to earth with a bump. The cooler has never been in stock, PCS have been waiting since the end of October for them to come in. Asked about putting in a Corsair Branded liquid cooler but they say they can't do that....Intel cooler is meant to be in stock Friday. If not I'll probably just cancel the order, as I doubt they will be in stock for Christmas

My order has just been updated and now they don't have the motherboard now either. I'll be cancelling the order tomorrow. They should not have advertised the new X79 machines when they don't have any stock of the main parts of the machine. To say I am disappointed is an understatement!

sorry to hear that dude, it may have been out of their hands, for example stocks expected in but suppliers let them down.

They've been waiting a month for the cooler, they should think about changing supplier. I can get the motherboard and a Corsair version of the same cooler on a number of online retailers, I just thought it would be easier and safer for someone to build it

I might re-order once they have the parts in stock, but it very much depends what they say tomorrow, the payment has already been taken off my credit card as well, which is unusual as the payment usually comes off when the goods are dispatched

Credit to PCS, they have the coolers now in stock and the motherboard should be in Monday/Tuesday so decided to continue, and they even gave me a credit note for the difference in price. Has to say the customer service has been great so far. I just hope everything is ready to be built on Tuesday at the latest
