Keep getting messages about using PCIE Gen 2 cant find any device

I think i have changed the settings in the Bios when i turn on the PC i get these messages in the photo, they come on twice then PC ok from the SSD drive.

Any tips would be great.

My mistake sorry you will need to delete this message i was trying to fix this PC for relatives in the Philippines before i buy my new one here.
