I ordered a Vortex 2 about 4months ago. I've used it every day for 1-2 hours a day since then and the keyboard has already started to wear out? My hands are always clean and grease free and I lightly polish the entire laptop once a week.

Is this a seperate keyboard, or just the keys? If it's the keys, how do I put them in? Can I complain anywhere?

) If the keyboard is in the 'spare parts' section, then it will be a full laptop keyboard. Seems a bit weird that you've got so much wear already. Give PCS a ring and see what they suggest. If you do go with a new keyboard, either now or in the future, I'm sure they will explain how it's fitted.
