Lag with GTX 560 TI on CSS

Has anyone had a problem with GTX 560 Ti with games and lag not fps lag but actual latency lag kinda.

because when i play Counter Strike Source with this card and on this new pc which i got back 2 months ago near enough. ive been having quite abit of latency lag which isnt latency lag. most other games run fine if there servers are in America and but just this game just makes it lag.

but with my old pc with the geforce 8600GT you couldnt see none of this lag.
anyone got any idea to reduce this. apart from some FPS lag which only happened on some maps with 2 much happening on.

But on UK servers its fine with the GTX 560 Ti.

card is upto date in drivers

That seems to suggest it was latency lag between you and the US servers for that particular game, rather than anything else, maybe the US servers were just having a bad day
