Laptop Battery stops charging, stays at 82%

This is a relatively new laptop and it does not charge 100%. I have tried to troubleshoot it by using the methods described on this website: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/manually-calibrate-battery-of-windows-laptops

Does anyone know what might be wrong?
