You have a tight budget there, I have drawn up a spec but I don't know what those games are like so can't be certain that it can deal with them, however, am fairly certain it should do. This spec is slightly under your budget, you might want to upgrade the screen res as it is currently on offer, the next thing to upgrade would be the hdd but that would being it out of your budget.
