Laptop can't run (wrong section)

Hello , my laptop motherboard (cosmos VII ) don't start when i press the power button , the laptop run for 1s and the keyboard is powerd but after 1s he stop runnning , if on sector he try to start again after 10s and failed again. I try everything i can (try without batterie , and the solution of this post https://www.pcspecialist.ie/forums/threads/pc-wont-start.58191/ ) i don't know what to do now ! (sry for my english , i'm french and i have already post in the french section but i no answer (https://www.pcspecialist.fr/forums/threads/carte-mère-verrouillé.68430/#post-473017)

With the battery out and just the charger plugged in does it boot at all? Do you see anything at all using just the charger?

No , i try this many time , with or without the battery doesn't change anything

Try removing both sticks of memory and booting with just one stick in at a time.

I try with the first only (doesn't work) and the second only (doesn't work ether ) and even with any stick of memory

In that case I'd call PCS.

is it possible that the cmos battery , if dead , create this probleme ? with a little start for 1s and then a stop ?

because with or without the CMOS battery , the laptop do the same thing
