Laptop for interior design

Looking to buy a laptop for my girlfriend for use on interior design work I do not want to spend to much is it possible to achieve something decent with a budget up to £1000

What software will be used? It will help with considerations such as i5 vs i7, RAM quantity, whether more powerful GPUs will help, etc.

She says she uses Sketchup and Vray rendering

Then perhaps something along these lines, assuming some of the rendering can be done on the GPU.

It lacks an SSD which is unfortunate, but it can be added as a future upgrade, whereas the CPU and GPU can't be replaced. Thus it probably makes more sense to prioritise them within the budget.
