Laptop help!

Hey guys looking at buying this for programming a PI and running these couple of games.

looking at this laptop I know it hasn't got huge potential for gaming but I only want it to run the SIMS and Terraria!

The sims-

REQUIRED: Internet connection required for product activation.

MEMORY: 4GB RAM.

You won't get a decent custom laptop for that price, you'd be better with an off the shelf product from pc world or somewhere.
