Hi there,
I have a razer blade stealth Kaby lake late 2016 model, that has served me well for the last three years.
I have recently had an issue where whenever I seem to download anything (or perhaps any high intensity gaming tasks, I cant really tell for sure) the internet on my laptop cuts off, and then my laptop cannot rediscover the wifi until I perform a system restart. My laptop is also bound to the power, as the battery is dead and needs to be plugged in to work (perhaps this is causing an issue with the computer turning off something due to low power?)
I have tried factory resetting, but this has not solved the issue, so I am swaying to a hardware fault instead.
My main thought now is the Killer network adapter inside my PC, although when looking in the device manager, the 'allow windows to turn this off on low battery 'IS' disabled, and everything like drivers seem to be updated.
Does anyone else have experience with an issue like this/know how to troubleshoot this?
