Laptop stuck on Pin-set up

I have just received my laptop and when I go through the usual set up it gets stuck loading when asked for me to pick a pin.

Hiya, the quickest way out of this is to clean install.

Thank you, I've just managed to get into bootloader and reinstall windows!

I got that problem too, but then I noticed after Ctrl + tab that the pin set up is somehow running behind that screen, so I entered the pin blind and got pass it....lol
