Lead time for order placed on 2-May

Hi,

I have placed an order for Enigma 520 laptop on the 2-May-2011. The status still shows pre-prodcution and it has been almost 10 working days now. Anyone can tell when on average how long does it take to get a delivery?

I think the average time for laptops is 7-9 working days. However, PCS is pretty backed up at the minute due to the bank holidays we have had, so it may be longer. Remember, that 7-9 working days is an estimate. You should also check your order status, it may be that some parts are currently out of stock (I was in pre-production for 14 working days due to stock levels).
The good news is that once it enters the building stage, it will probably be dispatched within 3 days, provided there are no tsting/quality issues

do PCS work all through the week, monday through to sunday or what days do they work???

Well, they build the PCs Monday to Friday, 9-5. On Saturday, they just do customer support, again 9-5. Then, being lazy, they all take Sunday off!
