Legacy to UFEI BIOS

I'd like to enable secure boot on my PCS Clevo laptop.
The BIOS, when shipped was set to Legacy.

How can I switch to UEFI in my BIOS?
(I can see where to enable it in the BIOS but it won't boot to my SSD)
I'd read somewhere it's to do with MBR/GPT

It's a Clevo P7??DM2-G on Win10 Pro
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 1.05.01

I'm going to Secure Boot for W11 soon.

You'd have to do a clean install of windows with secure boot enable as it's an entirely different partition structure.
